Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed by EMT Precision Pipework Limited to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process in respect of the Construction of an Industrial Unit (B2 Use) on Land at Plot 8 Parc Hendre, Ammanford, SA18 3FA. The proposed development constitutes a “major” development, and accordingly Government advice indicates that the public and local community should be afforded the opportunity to contribute to the formulation of proposals at a pre-application stage.
Members of the public, statutory bodies, and other third parties, have a minimum period of 28 days within which to make representations in respect of the proposed development, in this instance, by no later than 31st May 2024.
